These terms apply to halfacreresearch.tech and to Halfacre Research products, including on-page research views. Delivery of a paid research SKU is an on-page view on the buyer’s private page, not a file download.
Venue. Disputes are heard only in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama. You may also bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. There is no arbitration.
